RECONSTRUCTION

PROJECT 1: Ponoshec.

Volunteers from the village of Ponoshec cut beams on 
the roof of the school building which AMURT renovated.

The main building received a new roof.
The administration wing of the building was re-tiled.  

The students considered it "their" project, 
and had an arduous zeal to help.



This project which was completed in October 1999 
was primarily funded by AMURT Switzerlan

PROJECT 2: Reti

The school building in Reti (27 Km SE of Gjakova)
had bullet holes in the window pane and wall. 
Repairs completed in December 1999 included
a new roof and sanitation system. 



This project was funded by the Swiss 
Development Corporation (STC).

PROJECT 3: Reti e Ulet

AMURT completed the renovation in May 2000 with 
funds from the Swiss Development Corporation (STC).
